I just found out about QueueQ from WoW Insider. A couple of suggestions for those that come here from there:

First, there's nothing that really explains what to expect when trying to join in the vent and actually getting in a premade. Just logging in to vent and saying "hey, can I do some premades with you guys," seems a bit strange, but maybe that's how it's done.
Second, there's nothing to read about what the AV (or other) overall strat is. As an AV and general PVP noob, it'd be nice to know what to expect, so I don't look completely clueless.

As soon as you log in to vent the guest MoTD elaborates in much better detail what to expect. It does not touch on strategy at all as leaders often lead games differently and might even have completely different strategies. If you've got any specific strategy questions I'd encourage you to register on our forums and post in the "War Room".
